Lou Castelet features a spacious reception area with a billiard table, vending machines, a guarded swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants, a large car park and two restaurants open everyday except on Sundays evening.

Apparthotel Lou Castelet features a total of 34 apartments: studios, and two-room, three-room apartments, as well as three-room accessible apartments, all equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, a kitchenette, and a terrace. We cater for both one-night and longer stays.

Each apartment is south facing and, regardless of its size, has a multitude of functional amenities allowing you to feel at home whether you chose to relax or work.

Every morning, a buffet breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (price: €20.00).

Check-in Information

Check-in is available from 3 pm, and check-out is until 11 am.

To check in, please visit the reception desk of our 4-star hotel, located just a few metres from the residence.
Our team will welcome you and provide you with instructions on how to access your apartment.

If you plan to arrive after 11 pm, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.

When checking in, please have a valid credit card in the name of the person who made the reservation, for payment and to guarantee your stay, as well as a photo ID for each guest.

Bed Linen, Towels and Housekeeping

Bed linen and towels are provided and included in your stay, according to the number of guests specified at the time of booking.

For stays of 2 nights or more, a housekeeping service is provided from the 3rd night onwards, and then every 3 days, to ensure your apartment remains clean and comfortable throughout your stay.

This service includes making the beds, replacing bin liners if necessary, and cleaning the floors, bathroom and toilet facilities.

End-of-stay cleaning is included, regardless of the length of your stay.

Additional services are available upon request:

  • Extra housekeeping service: €30
  • Extra bed linen set: €15
  • Set of 2 towels (one bath towel and one hand towel): €5
  • Complete towel set including bath mat: €7

Damage and Additional Cleaning Charges

We kindly ask you to take care of your apartment and the facilities provided.

In the event of damage, missing items or exceptional cleaning required due to the condition of the apartment upon departure, additional charges may apply based on the actual costs incurred, in accordance with the booking terms and conditions.

Special Requests

All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Respect for the Property and Other Guests

To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for everyone, parties, stag and hen parties, and social gatherings involving people who are not registered guests of the residence are not permitted at Appart’Hôtel Lou Castelet.

Please respect the quiet hours between 10 pm and 9 am to ensure everyone’s peace and comfort. In the event of persistent disturbances, the management reserves the right to take appropriate action.
